Daycare center management (m/f/d)

We are looking for our Ev. Kita Green Triangle (Charlottenburg) now a kita line (m/w/d) with shares of line release. The place is indefinite. The hourly rate is at least 35.0 h/Where. The collective agreement of TV-EKBO is applied. Our children's daycare with 50 children consists of a crib group, a group with children aged 21⁄2 to 4 years and a group with the oldest children of Kita. In our kita we are very natural. We move a lot and enjoy playing in free nature in every weather. This included the forest day once a week and excursions; and at least once a day we visit our garden (200 sqm) or our terraces. In addition, we maintain close contact with the Ev. Peace community and visit the parish teacher every week and bring the children closer to the community life. Healthy, balanced diet is particularly important to us. That's why we prepare breakfast and the Vesper ourselves. At noon we receive our food from a high-quality catererer who supplies our kita with full food, vegetables, fruit, meat and fish. You can inform yourself about our facility at www.kitaverband-mw.de.

• Head of the day care centre on behalf of the institution and within the framework of the agreed objectives and framework conditions • Presentation of the Christian human image • Development, implementation and further development of the concept of childcare, education and training within the framework of the BBP • Building and implementing systematic quality development and quality assurance • Regular exchange of information with the Deputy Head to ensure representation • Team development and partnership with parents • Economic management of finance and resources • Cooperation with the Management Board • Presentation of the institution in the public

• a degree as a pedagogical specialist, social or childhood teacher and with a degree as a social specialist with corresponding professional experience in management • Flexibility, team skills and willingness to conflict and development • Experience in implementing the Berlin Education Programme • Practical experience on internal and external evaluation procedures in the Kita • Experience in the field of integration and cooperation with authorities and therapists • Experience in quality management • partnership and constructive dealing with parents • Interest and willingness to implement the Evangelical profile and to cooperate with the Church • very good organization and computer skills (Office applications, incl. Excel) • economic management of finance and resources • Experience in public relations
