Our recruiting team designs employer branding campaigns and controls the complete recruiting cycle.

Responsibility of own recruitment processes, e.g. for trainees in the field of logistics Interface to our candidate:inside, performing first telephone interviews and appointment of interviews Participation in talent and performance management Support in the further development of our learning culture and the appropriation-diagnostic instruments Participation in training planning and administration Support for Employer Branding projects and proactive participation in exciting topics, such as our training offensive in the logistics sector
