Specialist People Development – Performance Management & HR Systems (m/f/d)

You are part of our group-wide team of STRABAG Performance & Talent Developments and take a central role at the interface between People Development, Performance Management and HR systems You are responsible for the professional development of group-wide performance management processes (e.g. employee talk, competence assessment) You take on the technical support and functional development of performance and talent processes in the HR system Cornerstone. These include in particular the content configuration, care and quality assurance of the system-side processes. Working closely with the Product Owner Cornerstone You bring your technical and system-side expertise into projects for the further development of existing processes and for the design of new offers in personnel development and talent development You are a contact person for executives, employees and HR Business Partners:inside and supporting them in the technical application of the performance and development processes. In addition, you design and conduct internal webinars to processes and system functionality

You have a degree in Human Resources, Economics or Social Sciences or Comparative Qualification You have several years of professional experience in a comparable position with a focus on personnel development, performance management, talent development or HR Systems You have practical experience in the professional use, configuration or support of HR IT systems (ideally Cornerstone or comparable LMS/Talent Management Systems) Your work is independent and structured. You work in detail and draw a high degree of accuracy You convince by sovereign communication at all hierarchical levels You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
