Support for a global customer service team responsible for order processing in the order-to-cash (OTC) process Working in day-to-day business, in particular in the fields of order processing, complaint management, master data management and the creation of relevant key figures for internal reporting Coordination and communication with external sales partners, customers and internal departments for the successful implementation of commercial agreements Active participation in the continuous optimization of internal and external processes in the international distributor business – with a clear focus on customer orientation and service quality

Continuous studies at a university or university, ideally with first practical experience as a student (w/m/d) in an industrial environment Joy of work in a dynamic and agile environment, as well as the ability to effectively set priorities and to keep dates reliable Impressed organisational capacity and independent, structured and responsible functioning Very good knowledge of German and English for professional communication with international internal and external contacts Safe handling of current MS Office applications; SAP knowledge is advantageous Proactive, team-oriented personality with interest in gaining practical experience in international sales and marketing of Vileda products
