Your contribution Are you interested in planning and implementing demanding IT, OT and digitalization projects? Then part of our IT strategy division and tax strategic and operational projects at the interface between IT, technology, operation and specialist areas will be independent. In doing so, you take over the holistic project management – from initiation and planning to implementation to successful transfer to the company – and make a significant contribution to the digital transformation of our company. Planning, control and implementation of demanding IT, OT, digitization and automation projects along the IT and digitization strategy – from initiation to transfer to operation Responsibility for transformation, migration and introduction projects, for example in the context of SAP-S/4HANA conversion Control of project targets, milestones, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, requirements and changes Active stakeholder and interface management between IT, specialist areas, driving, technology, infrastructure and external service providers and suppliers Identification and control of risks, conflicts and escalation as well as organisational changes Participation in tenders, performance descriptions and award processes for IT, OT and digitalization services Preparation and moderation of status meetings, project and steering circles as well as creation of management reports and decision templates Ensuring sustainable integration of project results into existing IT, OT and process landscapes, including acceptance, operational capability and support processes

Complete study with reference to project management, business informatics, computer science or business management or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in managing IT, digitalization or cross-sector projects, ideally in complex, infrastructural or regulated environments Knowledge in classical and/or agile project management, in particular in appointment, resource, budget, risk and dependency management Experience in requirements, stakeholders and interface management as well as in cooperation with departments and external service providers Good understanding of IT services, IT processes and IT architectures as well as information security, data protection and regulatory requirements, for example in the KRITIS and NIS2 environment Business understanding of IT budgets, procurement, contract management, procurement processes and controlling Communication and moderation strength, a structured way of working and the ability to understand complex situations and bring together different interests
