Supporting servers, clients, mobile devices, networks, server, network and cloud solutions 1st level support for employees in the field of workplace infrastructure (soft and hardware) incl. Documentation, analysis, troubleshooting, tracking and escalation to senior entities Support for IT infrastructure administration including remote administration and user and permission management Participation in planning, procurement, implementation of IT systems, applications and system environments Independent implementation of IT projects in cooperation with departments and external service providers

Complete training from the field of technical informatics (e.g. specialist system integration) or completed studies, e.g. from the field of computer science or a comparable qualification Ideally professional experience in the IT environment of medium-sized enterprises Structured operation, good communication skills and pleasure in handling technology Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
