Development and implementation of procurement strategies focusing on cost savings and long-term values Analysis of expenditure data, supplier services and market trends to initiate and implement cost-cutting measures Negotiation of contracts and pricing structures in line with business objectives and cost leadership objectives Management and implementation of procurement activities from offer to contract conclusion, including negotiations and cost analyses Contract management with suppliers to ensure compliance with regulations and optimize conditions Identification, assessment and mitigation of commercial risks within the supply chain Cooperation with relevant stakeholders to develop and maintain category strategies

Completed study in a relevant field Experience as a leading buyer in a regulated or complex industry Knowledge of strategic procurement, supplier relationship management and contract-internal supplier management Understanding risk management and building stable supply chains Proven successes in identifying and implementing cost savings Excellent communication, influence and relationship management skills Result-oriented thinking and passion for changes and complex problem solutions Digital awareness and strong analytical skills Experience in contract testing and production
