Your tasks:

• Own-responsible controlling with a focus on all Niche-Beauty.com divisions
• Support in close cooperation with accounting
• Supporting the specialist departments as Sparring Partner in all Controlling relevant questions
• Responsibility of projects within the controlling organization
• Creation of reports and analyses to support business planning and management
• Reporting to the parent company
• Development and implementation of tools to improve planning and control
• Implementation and further development of integrated budget planning and forecasting (GuV and NWC planning) in close cooperation with management and specialist departments
• Automation of manual processes
• Ad-hoc analyses and the creation of decision templates
• Development and optimization of internal controlling processes
• Close cooperation with other departments to integrate new tools and systems

Your profile:

• Complete studies in the field of business management or a comparable qualification
• First professional experience in controlling
• Very good knowledge in MS Excel
• Knowledge in journalism, SAP R/3, programming languages (e.g. Python, SQL) and Power Query are of advantage -Expressed analytical and conceptual skills
• High self-motivation, joy in problem solving and a pronounced Tüftler mentality
• Communication strength in German and English
• Experience in the automation of processes and the creation of reporting and planning tools
