Construction Mechanic Metal & Shipbuilding (m/f/d)

You mount, adapt shipbuilding parts and hoard them exactly according to the building documents and quality standards. You serve the naval assembly systems and use their functions safely and efficiently. You grind, burn and heat components and work on board bumps to achieve the required precision and surface quality. You carry out light cold and hot deformations (painting work) in order to meet mold and fit requirements. You assemble pallets and shelves and see the parts with the prescribed AH markings. You check and take off finished models, execute the change management according to standard professionally and perform necessary adaptation work.

You have a successfully completed training as a structural mechanic – Department of Metal and Shipbuilding (m/w/d). You can demonstrate multi-year professional experience; Forging knowledge is desirable. You have pronounced organizational skills, work structured and think conceptually. You have a good technical understanding, show creativity and are flexible. You show your own initiative, work independently and enjoy working in the team.
