As a project developer (m/w/d) for cooperation, your focus is on the coordination of cooperations, securing individual project rights and the integration of important expert opinions and agreements - all that our projects are advancing. This makes you an important interface between our local project development and external actors. You make sure that our projects are not only planned, but also possible. Designing cooperation: You identify and verify cooperation opportunities with property owners, experts, service providers or competitors. Preparing and accompanying contracts: You create and verify agreements for road rights, access, management rights or advice and ensure that You are legally and practically enforceable. Keep in mind deadlines and obligations: You monitor appointments and obligations arising from cooperation agreements and inform the project management proactively. Interface: You work closely with the local project developers and the central project purchasing and cooperation group and ensure the flow of information between the project-resolved stakeholders. Documentation and Standards: You consider a complete and comprehensible placement of all cooperations and maintain internal standards. Dissolving conflicts: In the case of overlaps with competitors, you will find pragmatic solutions to continue our projects.

You could travel several years of professional experience in project development or contract/cooperation management, ideally in the field of renewable energies It would be desirable to have a first key in contract law and in approval processes, as well as an understanding of technical and economic relations.
