Structured storage and management of documents and files Takeover of administrative tasks to support everyday office Professional communication with internal and external stakeholders Organisation of the office site including support for easy craft activities Active participation in general operational activities

Current studies in the field of administration, hospitality, communication, etc. High level of organisational and communication skills Safe handling of common Microsoft Office applications German and English knowledge in word and writing Positive basic attitude as well as a patient and obligatory working morale Ability to work independently and efficiently Hands-on mentality in supporting practical or craftsmanship
