Our Department of Talent Acquisition, Attraction & Youth is responsible for Vodafone Deutschland's employer-brand strategy for all target groups and their implementation. It is responsible for the acquisition of business-critical new employees on the internal and external market, the control of entry and development programmes for young talents, guidelines, governance issues and the coordination of cross-departmental recruiting projects. In addition, the responsibility for the entire talent acquisition process is in close cooperation with the shared service center “VOIS” in this department.

As Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the design, control and implementation of our future recruitment strategy - always in mind: local and global standards, especially when implementing our new operating model. You develop and implement strategic partnerships with members of the Executive Board and Senior HR Business Partners:inside, analysing needs and aligning the recruitment strategy specifically. You work closely with the commercial area and advise management on all recruiting questions. You are the central player for recruiting Grade 15+ positions and take local responsibility here. You analyze and interpret recruitment data as well as market information to support the further development of our strategy and continuous performance improvement. You support the implementation of new processes and systems to further increase efficiency and effectiveness in recruiting. Here you take the professional leadership within our talent Acquisition Team.

What distinguishes you: Founded experience (>7 years) in talent acquisition and talent management, ideally in an international context. Communication strength and the ability to work together and influence across areas. Analytical thinking and experience in the targeted evaluation and interpretation of data. Sovereign control and coordination of complex projects. Safe handling of recruiting data and market information to develop and optimize strategies. Ideally first leadership experiences. Very good English knowledge in word and writing (at least C1 to GER). This body can be exercised in fulltime or full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).
