Projektmanager/-in Digitalisation (m/w/d) We are looking for the Office for Sport and Movement of the capital of Stuttgart. The place shall be occupied until 30 June 2026. The Office for Sport and Movement actively supports the digital transformation in the pursuit of its objectives. As part of the city-wide strategy “Digital MoveS”, the Office for Sport and Movement has set itself the goal of providing the Stuttgart population with fully digitized customer-oriented, efficient services and comprehensive information based on modern and secure IT infrastructure.

You are the central representative of the Office for Sports and Movement on Digitization you are guided by the digital transformation of the office and the project management in implementing the measures of the amts-specific digitization strategy in close cooperation with the departments in the office They accompany city-wide measures and the rollout of new applications as part of the urban digitalization strategy Digital MoveS and represent the Office for Sport and Movement in city-wide digitization bodies such as the Digital Mover, Digital MoveS Forum and the Smart City Board also the creation of performance directories and the support of awards by the department for awarding software and IT services are your tasks you also work in working groups of the Digital Mover network They develop information management and implement it to inform all employees of the Sport and Movement Office about the current state of digital transformation (Changemanagement)

a completed university degree in the field of Public Management, Digital Management or Information and Communication Technology Experiences in project management, including IT projects, ideally combined with experience in managing external service providers, with process management, moderation techniques and change management are beneficial Own initiative and willingness to team work and interest in solving complex issues pronounced analytical project/process-related thinking and openness to conceptual development Experience in public administration is advantageous good communication skills and high social competence
