completed studies of sports education, sports sciences or comparable courses as an alternative: completed studies of education (social pedagogy, social work...) with exercise manager license and pre-experience in sports and movement education Organisational capacity, flexibility, communication strength and team capacity good PC knowledge Willingness to further and further training Humor, empathy, flexibility...
