Your future job: For our customers in metal processing, we are looking for a CNC machine operator (m/w/d) for punching and bending technology as part of the employee transfer. You have experience in handling CNC-controlled machines and work precisely according to technical drawings? Then we look forward to your application.

Your tasks:

• Operation, installation and armour of CNC punching and CNC bending machines
• Production of individual parts, assemblies and small series according to technical drawings, work plans and production orders
• Implementation of program corrections and adjustments to CNC controls
• Stamping, bending and forming work on steel, stainless steel and aluminum sheets
• Monitoring and ensuring trouble-free production
• Control of manufactured components with respect to quality, dimensional accuracy and time accuracy
• Conducting quality tests with measuring and testing equipment such as sliders, angle gauges and teachings
• Detection, documenting and lifting of manufacturing deviations
• Maintenance, maintenance and maintenance of machines as part of operator responsibility

Your profile:

• Completed training as a machine and plant leader, design engineer, industrial mechanic, metal manufacturer (m/w/d) or comparable qualification
• Experience in handling CNC punching and/or CNC cutting machines
• Secure reading of technical drawings
• Knowledge in sheet metal processing and forming technology
• Experience in handling measuring and testing equipment
• Technical understanding and craftsmanship
• Self-employed, careful and quality-conscious work
• Teamability, reliability and operational readiness
• Class B driving license
