Your mission – strategic, controlling, overall responsibility As a member of the Board of Management, you take responsibility for the management and strategic orientation of the Sparkasse together with your board member. You see the overall banking control not only as a regulatory framework, but as a key to ensuring sustainable profitability, risk-bearing capacity and sustainability. Your core tasks Market success credit: continuation of a risk-oriented, business-supporting credit decision culture. General banking control: responsibility for planning, controlling, risk management and further development of supervisory control logic. Organization & Processes: Designing efficient, scalable and sustainable structures. Commissioners and regulatory bodies: ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Transformation & Governance: Active participation of strategic developments, impulse for modern governance and control architectures. Interconnection of market and market success: Close cooperation to strengthen the performance of the whole institute. Representation of our savings banks to the outside as well as maintenance of networks. Your profile – sound expertise & entrepreneurial attitude Successfully completed economic studies, completion of the teaching institute or comparable qualification. Comprehensive banking expertise with proven expertise in general banking control and market success credit. Multiannual leadership experience (budget, personnel and earnings responsibility). Strategic competence and experience in company-wide transformation processes or further development processes. Existing management qualification according to § 25c KWG. Personal strengths
