About us This role is anchored in the factory controlling at the Landshut site and combines classic financial analyst topics with production-oriented control as well as active participation of digital finance transformation. The focus is on transparency about manufacturing costs, analysis of production performance, and data-based decision support for factory management and central finance functions. Your duties Financial control and analysis of production and factory performance including cost centers, cost centers and deviation analyses Close cooperation with production, operational excellence and factory management as an economic savings partner Creation and further development of production cost calculations, product and margin analyses and cost-effectiveness calculations Responsibility for budget, forecast and scenario analyses at work level including consolidated earnings Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts focusing on production, inventory and cost analyses (GuV, balance sheet, cash flow) Active participation in digitalization and optimization projects in factory and production controlling, e.g. automation of reports, standardization of key number systems and further development of SAP-based processes Your profile Successfully completed studies of economics, business management, economic engineering or business informatics with a focus on finance / controlling Multiannual professional experience in production, factory or operation controlling, ideally in an industrial environment Knowledge of production cost accounting and cost center and cost center logic and analysis of production-relevant KPIs Strong analytical skills combined with high number and process affinity and interest in digital finance solutions Very safe handling of SAP FI/CO (PP knowledge of advantage) and excellent Excel knowledge; Experience with BI Tools (e.g. Power BI) desirable Structured, independent working and convincing communication in German and English, also in exchange with non-financial stakeholders Your Benefit As open as SCHOTT is for your further development, our offer of additional benefits is as extensive.
