Your post: You support our COO in strategic and conceptual tasks, ensuring maximum efficiency in administrative processes. With a precise and analytical approach, you will start comprehensive evaluations, protocols, presentations as well as management and decision templates. You prepare board meetings and other board meetings at the highest, professional level. You accompany internal and external business appointments competently and professionally and always perform confidently. You demonstrate full commitment to the planning and management of specialist and department-wide special projects and actively support the operational implementation of strategic initiatives. That's what you bring: Multiannual relevant experience in consulting, project management, strategy development and business development, ideally in the context of leading technology companies. In addition, you have well-founded experience in supporting board or management levels and have a deep understanding of corporate strategies and operational processes. Excellent academic degree in economics, economic engineering or business informatics. Degrees in law, mathematics or physics with corresponding focus on business are also welcome. Safe handling of MS Office applications as well as the willingness to work in tools such as SAP, JIRA, Concur, Confluence and Workday. excellent knowledge of German and English; additional language skills are advantageous. High levels of commitment and resilience, a pronounced analytical approach and absolute discretion and reliability.
