Standardization Officer (m/f/d)

Identification and determination of potential future standards in cooperation with the Divisional Chief Architect Support for standard enrichers Cooperation in coordinating standards throughout the process (proposal, audit, decision, implementation) Working with new standardisation projects and consulting for new projects (e.g. in the introduction of new technologies) Ensuring the widest possible usability of a standard in the Hensoldt world Responsible to ensure compliance with standards within the division Responsible creation of the divisional architecture and design guidelines in coordination with stakeholders Active design and support of ongoing/future projects/programmes, e.g. by creating concepts, identifying potential for improvement and deriving recommendations Ensuring the division's earnings targets in terms of standards in Time, Cost & Quality Creation and specification of divisional standardization approaches taking into account roadmaps, program requirements and company strategies Coordination, definition of concepts and designs with the Corporate Design Authority and other divisional Design Authorities, especially with competing objectives Analysis of requirements, derivation of concepts, technical documentation and presentation of architectural decisions Mentoring and support of other architects, performing architectural reviews and ensuring compliance with standards Support and implementation of training and workshops to raise awareness of architecture and standardisation issues

Complete study of computer science, electrical engineering, systems engineering or comparable Long-term professional experience in the field of standardization in the development context Knowledge of modern and modular architectures (e.g. microservices, cloud architectures) Embossed experience in product development and the differences in project processing Embossed knowledge in the fields HW and SW Experience in stakeholder management and persuasiveness Experience in agile approach models Excellent problem solving skills and analytical thinking Embossed entrepreneurial thinking and action Embossed communication skills, in particular in the targeted communication and visualization of complex technical concepts Team-oriented thinking and ability to work together in interdisciplinary teams Experience in using typical developer tools (Bitbucket / Git, Jira, Confluence, Nexus) desirable Very good knowledge of German and English Ready for business trips
