Get to know the wide range of tasks: You will get insights into five different areas of our Finance Department - Controlling, Accounting, Treasury, Investor Relations and Business Division. Each area has a special focus and different priorities to give you the widest possible insight. Collecting international experiences: you expect two 6-month stays abroad to build your international network: once in one of our global regions in Asia, America or Australia, a second within the EMEA region. Project management and management: Excess responsibility for your first projects and work closely with international teams. Career Network: Build a broad, international network within our company, which offers you many exciting opportunities. Mentoring Program: Through our unique mentoring program, you get a firm contact person who will help you as a trustee and give you regular feedback to develop you as much as possible.

Your profile Academic top talent: You have completed your Master in Business Administration, Finance or a related field with outstanding grades. Hands-on Mentality: You could already gain first experiences from the finance environment, through internships or a first job. Global Mindset: You have already gained first international experiences, through semesters abroad or internships abroad, and are burning to expand these experiences. Solution orientation and creativity: Thanks to your analytical and creative thinking, you can easily solve problems and go new ways. Strong communication skills: You are an outstanding communicator, you understand, to close new acquaintances and keep a cool head even in challenging situations. Teamplayer: In an international and diverse working environment, you’re just blossoming. Languages: Flowing knowledge of the German and English language is a prerequisite for this position.
