Own-responsible implementation of the monthly wage and salary bill, including all related preparatory and post-processing work for all employees and the operating pensions for all beneficiaries Legal changes: Coordination and implementation of new legal requirements in cooperation with our hosting service provider of the Paisy billing system Process optimization: participation in the further development and digitization of HR/Payroll processes as well as implementation of operational concerns and agreements Advice: Contact persons for executives, employees and business pensioners in all questions relating to pay billing, social security and time recording master data management: collection, maintenance and updating of relevant employee data in the accounting system Time recording: Care and maintenance of the time recording system (Interflex) and ensuring correct time data Reporting and certification: preparation and processing of notifications and certificates for authorities and social security institutions Reporting & Analyses: Creation of legal statistics, evaluations and reports for internal and external stakeholders and Annual accounts: preparation and implementation of all relevant activities within the framework of the annual accounts (e.g. provisions, voting and audit documents) Operational retirement provision (BAV): implementation and maintenance of BAV processes for the location

Completed commercial training as well as multiannual professional experience in payment accounting Very good knowledge of tax and social security law, ideally experience with collective agreements Safe handling of billing systems (Paisy of advantage) and time recording systems (Interflex desirable) Versified handling of MS Office, especially Excel and Word Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing High independence, reliability and proactivity and outcome-oriented action – also under term printing Impressed communication skills, team spirit and service orientation You trade in harmony with the Barilla values – integrity, passion and quality
