We are looking for a Teamleiter Customer Accounting (m/w/d) for our location in Hannover/Langenhagen.

What tasks do you take You like to take responsibility! You support us in implementing uniform customer billing processes to ensure regular customer billing in your area of responsibility They're packing! Optimization of the communication flow between the departments and the financial organization (e.g. via workflowtool). In addition, ensure compliance with accounting policies and compliance processes. You will ensure Know How in operation! Development and optimization of a central training catalog for your area. You carry out training in the team and provide relevant information and advise employees:in case of questions. You give feedback! Implementation of team meetings and employee talks How to convince us Practical experience: You have completed professional training or a study with a focus on forwarding and logistics. You have also worked in the industry for several years. Technical knowledge: Very good business knowledge in the field of accounting, finance and logistics. Technical knowledge: expertise and experience with different financial systems (SAP, Business Warehouse applications, etc.) as well as enhanced handling of the current MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Personality: You are an analytical and conceptual personality and inspire others with their excellent communication skills, both in German and in English. You proceed in a structured and methodological manner and approach your tasks with motivation and curiosity. You are a team player:in and can quickly become involved in complex financial and business situations. You have good leadership qualities and social competence.
