Your main tasks:

• Individual care:You shape care that our inhabitants really achieve.
• Medical care: You carry out medical arrangements safely and keeps an eye on important vitals.
• Pflege with plan: Knowledge documentation and individual adaptation of care processes.
• Team work at eye level: Close cooperation with a dedicated and great team.
• Night tours: Control/sication of the presence and well-being of our residents:inside.
• Helpment:  Support of our residents: in night activities
• Communication: You are a contact person – friendly, clear and facing.
• Learning and growing: By continuing and continuing training and introducing your ideas, you are constantly developing – professional and personal.
