Your tasks:

Takeover of a project task: Building a city-wide network for cooperation partners in the area of the whole day as well as the analysis and further development of existing structures at Ulm primary schools Support and counselling in the development of educational opportunities, both in terms of content and structure Interface function between school and cooperation partners Evaluation, derivation and construction of a system for opening the school to the social area and for cooperations and networks Working with the rules: Accompanying the further development of all Ulmer primary schools in full-day schools Participation in municipal documents: design and preparation of documents, work-up of specialist topics and presentations Quality development and quality assurance in full-day/in additive care Compilation of a Monitoring/An Effect Analysis for Educational Services

Your profile: completed studies in the field of social work (Bachelor of Arts) Joy of conceptual work, innovative approaches and the design of processes good knowledge in project and process management Ability to prepare complex topics in a comprehensible way and to network different stakeholders high communication strength, initiative and team capability conscientious, independent and structured operation
