Processing of all administrative changes in service contracts (including changes in administrators, change of ownership, change of contact) Administrative processing of contract notices Processing of invoice complaints in contractual invoices Support in the provision of services for service managers in the event of a change of contract, upselling or in the defence of termination Proper archiving and digitization of important correspondence Regular exchange within the specialist community to optimize internal processes

Completed commercial training or comparable study First practical experience in a similar position Secure handling of SAP and MS Office German language skills (min. B2) Very good organizational and communicative skills as well as a quick understanding High readiness, loadability and flexibility as well as independent and predictive operation Embossed customer and team orientation
