We accompany young men aged 14 to 21 with a criminal background or an increased need for support in everyday life as well as in a social context. The aim is to accompany them on their way to a responsible life, to promote their personal development individually and to promote a positive turn in their lives together with them.

As a carpentry specialist (w/m/d) you accompany the young people on this path and work with them in the work area in everyday life. Through the valuable acquisition of competence in the field of work (painting, masonry and carpentry), young people will be given the opportunity to get to know various fields of work and their main areas of work. The acquired expertise and practical experience will prepare them for a future employment relationship outside the institution. The area of work thus reflects an elementary part of the professional integration of the young people of the CJD Creglingen, which is in the future.

Your New Task

• Daily guidance of young people in the work area (cleaning area)
• motivate, guide and promote young people in taking responsibility for screaming activities
• Plan and implement practical and training-oriented carpentry work
• Planning, organisation and implementation of multi-disciplinary projects
• Care and qualification of young people as a vocational training measure
• Control of equipment and testing of equipment inventory
• Planning of the necessary materials and control of the use
• Participation in team meetings
• Participation in internal and/or external training
• Cooperation in an interdisciplinary team and collegial information exchange
• Documentation of the activity of young people

Your profile

• A completed artisanal vocational training as a carpenter, with a successful master's or technician's degree or specialist's degree, trainer's training must be available.
• Ideally, further craft skills and willingness to take over other construction-related activities
