In this key position, you not only shape the staff work of our bank, but also make a significant contribution to the sustainability of the entire organization. As a direct member of the Board of Management, you actively drive strategic decisions, cultural developments and transformation processes. You combine entrepreneurial thinking with modern staff work and shape the working world of the Wiesbaden Volksbank in a sustainable manner. Your main tasks: Total responsibility for personnel with the focus on personnel support, personnel development, training, salary & Benefits, personnel control, corporate communication and internal trainer team Strategic management and further development of personnel work as well as responsibility for personnel planning and personnel development at overall bank level Ensuring efficient, legal and future-oriented HR processes along the entire employee lifecycle Design and control of digitalization, transformation, cultural and organizational development projects and active development of our work and leadership culture Ensuring compliance with labour, tax and social insurance law as well as regulatory requirements, in particular the Institute compensation regulation and supervisory reporting obligations Advice and support of executives in personal and labour law issues Confidential and constructive cooperation with the works council, including the negotiation and implementation of operating agreements Presentation of the Wiesbaden Volksbank eG in networks, external stakeholders and as ambassadors of our cooperative values

Your profile: Graduate degree with focus on staff, business or law Multiannual leadership experience in human resources, ideally in the banking or cooperative environment, as well as a good understanding of the peculiarities of a cooperative credit institution Knowledge of labour law and collective bargaining and trusted cooperation with the works council Comprehensive experience in strategic and operational personnel work, personnel controlling, and controlling change and transformation processes Good knowledge of regulatory requirements, in particular the Institute's remuneration regulation and relevant reporting obligations Impressed communication and consulting skills, safe occurrence and the ability to successfully combine different interests High decision strength, integrity and sense of responsibility Experiences in HR digitization and change and project management Experience in the representation of organizations in networks, bodies or industry formats
