Qualification Experience in IT Security, Security Operations or ISMS Know-how in ISO 27001, CISIS12, BSI Basic or NIS2 Safe handling of monitoring, incident response and risk analysis Good knowledge of IT operation, cloud security and organizational security Mindset High affinity for AI and automation Design will and willingness to take over operational responsibility Clear, structured communication at technology and management level Personal Strong decision, structured, independent Open to new technologies Team-oriented and at the same time sovereign in stakeholder management
