Your tasks

Responsible coordination and organisation of the preparation and preparation of project meetings / Jour-Fixen Management of project-specific correspondence and project documentation Examination of invoices and supplements by companies and planners, including maintenance of cost control in coordination with project managers Coordination of Outlook calendars, schedules and agreed deadlines Participation in contract and follow-up management in the project Support of the team and executives in operational daily business Preparation of presentations and reports Organization Procurement / Leadership Cash settlement for the branch Ingolstadt

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification First professional experience in a comparable position, ideally already experience in the construction and real estate industry First experiences in the field of procurement (VOB/A or VgV) of advantage Positive radiation and a friendly, binding appearance Self-responsible, reliable and structured operation Communication talent and fun in contact with customers and companies Good knowledge of how to deal with the MS Office package (e.g. Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.), ideally knowledge of how to use common procurement platforms
