Siepmann Media has been accommodating the digital transformation of the company's training and further education in the German-speaking world for 20 years. Our business areas include cross-media media formats, presence and online events on the current top topics as well as the management of an international expert network with over 100,000 actors from practice and science to use eLearning. Our target group is primarily human resources developers, training officers, eLearning professionals and other relevant drivers of digital transformation in companies and organizations. Training for media designers Your duties

You participate in the dedicated and structured project work in a young, result-oriented media team. You will learn the independent and safe handling of professional graphics & marketing programs. You can work independently and team-oriented in a virtual workflow. You take creative and graphic work orders for our websites as well as social media channels. You support design, layout and set of our publications and marketing materials. You take over the SEO-compliant development and maintenance of our website. You take the technical support of online and presence events

Successfully completed middle maturity or (special)high school You have a creative feeling and passion for creative activities. You have first experience in dealing with graphics programs and/or graphic design. Your strong readiness and reliability speak for you. You have a secure appearance, a targeted way of working as well as a distinct communication competence. You have the Spach Level German C1

Since our foundation in 2004, we have already been training. Currently for the professions media businessman, media designer, marketing businessman, event businessman & office businessman. We have an innovative environment with a variety of possibilities for personal and competence development. We also offer company trainee positions for cross-release and university graduates. The trainings in our house are challenging in digital workflow, but also very varied and suitable for young people who want to grow with personal challenges and are interested in future-relevant digital competence gain. We offer our trainees a pleasant operating climate in an established company, short decision-making paths and flat hierarchies. After a successful course of training, we are interested in a long-term cooperation with an unlimited connection agreement.
