Your tasks: You develop and tax operational financial planning, including forecasts, budgets and forecasts for the entire company You create cost centers and cost centers and support investment and liquidity planning You perform target-actual comparisons, deviation analyses and KPI evaluations to identify optimization potentials You support management through precise reports and analyses to enable data-based decisions You optimise and develop existing controlling processes and tools, in particular in the field of automation and digitization You work closely with other departments to establish an efficient metric and reporting system Your profile: You have a degree in controlling, finance or accounting, or a comparable qualification (e.g. specialist controlling, accounting or commercial training) You have already gained experience in controlling or accounting – ideally in the real estate industry You have a pronounced number affinity, think analytic and work structured.
