Project management of new, remodeling and refurbishment measures in the field of technical building equipment in building function including the coordination and control of all HLS project participants Call, award and support of external engineering and technical planning services Planning, tendering and monitoring of HLS measures Ensuring project objectives with regard to costs, dates and quality across all project phases Development and implementation of sustainable and energy-efficient technology concepts taking into account renewable energies Technical support of existing technical installations and support of maintenance and technical development measures Consultation and cooperation with schools, specialist authorities, planning offices and exporting companies

Graduate, Bachelor or Master's degree in the field of engineering in the field of energy and building technology or a comparable subject or a further education as a technicianin or masterin in a corresponding or comparable subject knowledge in the field of energy-efficient and sustainable building and interest in sustainable building concepts Experience in project management and knowledge of HOAI and public procurement and contract law are desirable.
