These are your tasks:

• Leadership and development: You lead and motivate your teams in inbound and outbound areas, are responsible for operational planning, support the qualification and personal and professional development of employees.
• Performance Management: You will ensure productivity and timely processing, analyze key figures and make proactive measures to optimize them.
• Communication & Coaching: You regularly conduct team and feedback talks, moderate shift meetings and support training for communication of training needs.
• Process optimisation: You carry out process checks, process disruptions efficiently and actively participate in CVP, Kaizen and 5S projects to advance continuous improvements.

That's what you bring:

• Complete training in logistics or comparable relevant qualification.
• First leadership experience and sound logistics expertise.
• Secure handling of MS Office, SAP skills are a plus.
• Flowing German knowledge, good English knowledge of advantage.
• You are structured, team-ready and resilient.
