General management of the company in strategic, organizational, technical and economic terms Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory and medical requirements Development of structures, processes and quality standards Economic governance including budget planning, controlling and sustainable financial management Leadership, motivation and further development of employees Representation of the company to authorities, specialist bodies, cooperation partners and shareholders Strategic positioning and further development of the organization in the medical environment

Complete university studies, preferably in medicine, health management, business management, natural sciences or a comparable subject Multiannual leadership experience with budget and personnel responsibility Experience in health, ideally in the field of transplant or tissue medicine Embossed strategic thinking and entrepreneurial action High regulatory sensitivity and quality orientation Communication strength, negotiation security and sovereign appearance Integrity and identification with the aims of a non-profit organization
