Your area of responsibility:

• Handling of orders and organizational support in Date
• Examination of incoming orders and contract documents
• Creation and appointment of work orders in the ERP system
• Costing of projects and evaluation and clarification of Customer data
• Collection and analysis of offers at prices and delivery times
• Maintenance and management of customer and project master data
• Maintenance of product master files and creation of piece lists
• Support of existing customers by telephone and active supply care
• Accompanying price negotiations within the defined framework

What you should bring with you / Your profile:

• A completed training in commercial or technical Area
• Professional practice in the commercial sector of an enterprise from Electrical engineering is advantageous for you
• Technical understanding
• Secure handling of MS-Office and ERP software
• Good communicative skills and safe occurrence in Talks
