To strengthen our great team in Wermelskirchen we are looking for a receptionist (all genders).

Your main tasks include customer-oriented guest reception and check-in and check-outs They ensure a smooth workflow in the hotel reception area in all layers (breakfast/night) You accept all reservation requests and process them accordingly You take care of the data management in the known reservation systems and in the hotel system Protel Administrative tasks in the front office area also belong to your activities You are responsible for the telephone and information center for the entire hotel operation You act as a communication interface between the reception and all other departments
