About us Commercial and infrastructure building management is responsible for central tasks for the economic, sustainable and legally compliant operation of university properties. The various tasks include building management and procurement, energy billing, controlling, central purchasing and contract management. Creation of detailed target-actual comparisons in the construction projects (themes: cost planning, cost management and budget controlling.)
