System Process Manager FM Systems (m/w/d)

With around 4000 properties, Lidl is one of the largest real estate operators in retail. In facility management, we work day-to-day to make our specialist area sustainable and to open door and door to digitalization and optimization. As a process manager in facility management, you are responsible for digitizing our operating FM processes by introducing, operating and developing systems. You are also responsible for the corresponding rollouts.

Establishment of administrative and technical requirements for the operation of FM systems Quality assurance of the digitized processes and compliance with operator obligations Planning and control of IT projects according to PMO standards including Time and resource planning, project reporting and project organization Creation of system-side reporting and adaptation, updating of training documents Implementation of training Takeover 1st Level Support and Coordination 2nd Level Support

Successfully completed studies in the field (economic) informatics, facility management etc. First professional experience in system support / system rollouts Knowledge of stakeholder management and a high interface orientation High IT Affinity / System Affinity Want to advance new topics and introduce ideas Good MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
