Your new workplace The Geriatric department is the largest department of our house with over 100 beds. At 4 stations, age patients are treated to regain self-employment as part of their possibilities for the activities of daily life. A daily clinic with 12 seats is also available. We are looking for

Support and representation of station management Close and trusting cooperation with the station management and the nursing director Support of station management in personnel deployment planning, service planning Target-oriented basic and treatment care as well as ensuring activation-therapeutic care in the Geriatrie Professional communication with patients, relatives and employees Close cooperation with the medical service and other professional groups Documentation

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Continuing training for the nursing management of a hospital or the willingness to complete it Responsibility, high independence and commitment as well as commitment for the treatment of geriatric patients Very good skills for organization, high social skills and team skills Empathic communication skills to patients, relatives, the team and other professional groups Identification with Victorian values and the willingness to implement our mission statement
