Your duties

• Production of e-learning videosYou develop storyboards and gather ideas for new video tutorials.

• With TTS and Simple Show you will produce professional and understandable learning videos.

• In Camtasia you put the individual parts together, synchronize them and finish the videos.

• If necessary, you will perform revisions to improve quality.

• You edit content textually and visually to make it user-friendly and appealing.

• Supporting the TTS Performance Suite

• You ensure the stable and continuous operation of the application through regular maintenance and monitoring of system integrity.

• The realization and planning of updates and configuration changes are of course your responsibility for a smooth implementation.

• You implement new configurations and check their correct functioning.

• As the first respondent in technical problems, you judge the cause, perform troubleshooting or forward the request to the relevant departments.

• You process requests from users and act as a trusting interface between users and internal teams.

• Project support

• As part of projects, you can support topics related to conference systems, collaboration, chat & Conferencing, M365 Power Apps, Jira and Confluence.

Your profile

• You have experience in application support or IT system support, ideally with knowledge in server operation and configuration.
• Experience with video production: You know Camtasia, Simple Show and TTS (or similar) and can create professional learning videos by yourself.
• Creativity and commitment are your own ideas in the development of learning materials.
• You are strong in communication and can explain complex content easily and intelligibly.
• Teamwork focuses on a structured way of working as well as the simultaneous processing of several tasks.
• You speak German fluently and have good to very good English skills
• Occupied missions are not a challenge for you.
