In this central leadership function, you assume the strategic, organizational and operational responsibility for the development of all Residential products. You run several specialized development departments, manage sophisticated development projects and significantly shape the future technological orientation of the product portfolio. Leadership and further development of the development areas Heat pumps and heating systems as well as the subordinate development departments, combined with responsibility for leadership culture, team development and organisational further development Total responsibility for the timing, quality and cost-oriented implementation of all development projects Ensuring product compliance according to all relevant standards and legal requirements Market-oriented transfer of new products into series production in close cooperation with production Further development of the development strategy and participation in technological policy decisions Expansion of own heat pump technologies and evaluation of additional performance classes for possible further development Further development of processes, project management methods and technical infrastructure (including test stands, test equipment) Close cooperation with product management, purchasing, manufacturing, sales, service and technical control of external technology partners

Successfully completed engineering studies in the field of mechanical engineering or electrical engineering. Multiannual responsibility in the development of complex systems of heat, climate and refrigeration technology with a deeper understanding of the refrigeration circuit Found experience in the management of development areas as well as in the further development of structures, processes and organizational units Detectional competence in project and portfolio management, in particular in prioritization, control and resource management Experience in cooperation with external technology and development partners as well as know-how in make-or-buy analyses Confidence with standards, guidelines and European conformity requirements Integrative, sovereign and convincing leaders with high social competence Design strength and experience in change processes and the targeted promotion of experienced and younger employees Embossed quality and cost awareness as well as strongly analytically structured thinking High self-initiative, responsibility, entrepreneurial understanding and clear communication skills at all levels
