• Examination of invoices for legal mandatory information
• Conting and booking of invoices
• Administration of open items
• Monitoring of payment and discount periods
• Mahnwesen
• New installation and maintenance of master data
• Rules of conduct
• Creation and booking of initial invoices

Your profile

• commercial training, also as a tax exchange;r / financial accountant;in
• Experience in the field of creditor accounting
• Secure handling of EDV and MS Office programs
