Key Account Manager (m/w/d) Location: Remote in Germany
We are looking for a key account manager in Germany for our biggest key accounts (corporate customers) who maintains and creatively shapes the customer relationship in all aspects. You want to make the world a healthier place? Then you are right with us!
DISCLOSURE You continue to expand our most important customer relationships and care for them. You develop and implement sales strategies in close coordination with international colleagues as well as business development, sales and marketing. You work closely with the field team and visit customers locally. You create offers and set price conditions for the entire network For your key accounts, you initiate sales programs in cooperation with our international parent company with real added value. You participate in local, national and international trade fairs and actively support them. The work with our CRM system and regular reporting are of course yours.
You have experience in sales and ideally in key account management as well as a good business confession. You are familiar with microbiology and the German health system. You have a degree in a scientific field (e.g. biology, biochemistry, biotechnology) or a comparable training as MTA/VTA/BTA. Communication strength, customer orientation and the ability to build sustainable relationships with customers and opinion makers are a key feature. You speak German and English fluently. You bring a high readiness to travel (at least 75 %) and you have the will to succeed.
