Your role Creating work plans for the production of optical and mechanical components and assemblies, including control software (PPS) Planning production devices, tools, adjustment and testing equipment Calculate your own and foreign production Conduct production process analysis for time data and quality assurance as well as process planning Initiate, monitor and analyze new approaches analyse production cost deviations in cooperation with the controlling and develop and implement measures for reduction independently Designing development projects as part-project managers and supporting development/construction Develop test instructions in cooperation with design and development Check, analyze, and derive measures to avoid complaints As a production planner, you are the link between development and production and make a significant contribution from the first idea to the standard maturity. Complete studies in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable engineering education Finding professional experience in working preparation in a manufacturing company (fine mechanics, optoelectronic assemblies/modules) desirable REFA basic training successfully completed Secure handling of MS-Office and SAP Analytical operation and high commitment to solving complex tasks in the manufacturing process Team orientation and communication strength Flowing German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing
