IT Operations Manager (m/w/d)

Development and implementation of a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy, aimed at the goals of the Procurement Applications Team Identification, analysis and optimization of service processes, including incident management and performance management Implementation and monitoring of security policies and application of ITIL methods for service process optimization Data-based identification of enhancement potentials and creation of KPIs for success measurement and stakeholder transparency Management and coordination of improvement projects, from planning to implementation Close cooperation with development teams, testers:inside and other stakeholders for a smooth running Identification, assessment and monitoring of potential risks and development of migration plans

Complete training in the field of computer science (University, FH, HTL with focus on IT) or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in service management or continuous improvement with cloud systems Funded knowledge of ITIL and project management as well as other relevant tools (e.g. Scrum) Embossed IT affinity as well as analytical process understanding and understanding of technical processes Interest in scalability of the introduction and compliance of standards in an international environment Teamplayer:in, communication strength as well as independent, solution-oriented, structured and service-oriented working methods Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
