Self-assembly and optimization of modern CNC lathes (including INDEX) Programming and customizing CNC programs (serial and pattern parts) Creation and maintenance of set-up and work plans Monitoring of production using digital indicators (BDE/MDE) Ensuring and further developing process and manufacturing quality Continuous optimization of processes, setup times and unit times Varied production with a high variety of variants (no monotonous series work)

(m/w/d), industrial mechanic or comparable qualification Experience in CNC turning of advantage Safe handling of measuring and testing equipment Knowledge of CNC programming (e.g. Fanuc) desirable Independent, structured and quality-conscious working
