Included in the house are practices for orthopaedics, gynecology, surgery, radiology, oncology and radiological studies. The Agatharied Hospital is also an academic teaching hospital in LMU Munich, which operates the outpatient OP-Zentrum Oberland as well as three other medical care centres in Holzkirchen, Miesbach and Rottach. Planning and organisation of station/area-internal processes and activities, personnel deployment planning, information security and coordination of processes in the interdisciplinary team Supporting the area management in ensuring the performance and efficiency of the area Support for continuous quality and personnel development Support of the staff members in the independent and responsible implementation of the work Ensuring and further developing professional, professionally qualified and patient-oriented care Absence representation of the area management on the respective station and in case of need also in the area of stations

Completed training according to §1 Abs.1 Career Law (PflBG) with multiannual Professional experience in operational and internal areas A completed training “to conduct a station/area” or the willingness to do so willingness to introduce your expertise and leadership skills to the benefit of patient care, the satisfaction of the employees and the achievement of the corporate goals A cooperative and motivating leadership style and social competence Organisational skills as well as holistic, economic and innovative thinking and action The ability to constructive and cooperative interdisciplinary cooperation, intersectoral and professional groups, with employees and supervisors
