System Administrator - Remote Access Service (m/w/d)

The Remote Access Service 2 department is responsible for trouble-free, SLA- and OLA-compliant operation of various VPN solutions. Currently, various hardware (genucard) and software products (AnyConnect, genuconnect) are supported in the frontend. The tasks include 2nd Level Support, regular testing of new releases and the contractually agreed IMAC/R/D activities. The department currently comprises about 30 employees (subdivided into 4 teams) and is represented nationwide at 6 locations. The Team Frontend & Automation is responsible for testing new releases and the contractually agreed IMAC/R/D activities (primary rollout and interference). The currently 8 employees of the team are located in Leipzig, Meckenheim and Berlin.

Fix Remote Access Solutions in Customer and Own Operation Participation in test and quality management in the role of the tester Planning, evaluation and implementation of changes of IT services Installation and configuration of RAS solutions in compliance with applicable security requirements Takeover of project-specific tasks Care and development of technical documentation Self-learning of incoming disorders within the Second Level Support

Successfully completed vocational training in the field of IT (e.g. specialist informatics for system integration) or comparable training At least 3 years of professional experience in IT operation Knowledge and experience in the application of ticket systems and knowledge databases Knowledge of how to use Windows 11 Knowledge of user support via remote maintenance Experience in support of remote access solutions desirable Analytical skills, initiative, readiness to learn, strong customer orientation, strong team and communication skills
