We are looking for a qualified specialist in insurance (m/w/d) at one of our locations in Heidelberg, Leipzig or Berlin in full time at the next possible time. Your mission

You advise our client on insurance products via phone and emails You use our large product portfolio for high-quality advice You enter both new customers and existing customers – no cold acquisitions or external services You identify your client's needs and start your tailor-made insurance offers You act as an interface to various insurers You can also manage administrative activities without problems and thus contribute to the smooth running of our operations

(m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience from customer consulting in the insurance field for property insurance and dental additional insurance A high service orientation, independent and self-responsive operation and hands-on mentality You have a quick understanding and an affinity for digital work You are fit in the MS Office package, ideally you have already gained experience with a broker management software Very good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile
