What we plan together: The REWE Region Nord with its central seat in Henstedt-Ulzburg extends from resin to the coast. It includes the federal states of Schleswig-Holstein and Lower Saxony, the North-East of North Rhine-Westphalia, as well as the Free and Hanseatic Cities of Hamburg and Bremen. The more than 700 REWE markets, of which more than 300 are managed by independent REWE purchasers, as well as the more than 100 near-purchase markets, receive their goods, among other things, from the logistics locations place, apprentices and sottrum. The REWE Region North provides about 700,000 customers daily. More than 30,000 employees are employed in the markets, logistics and administration sites.

What you do with us: You are mainly responsible for auditing and compiling additional cost bills as well as sales rental bills. You are responsible for ensuring the commercial property and lease management. You monitor contract terms and pay attention to compliance with the option and termination periods. You carry out rental increases, and you start leases. You take care of legal interests from the rental contract as well as rent accounting and receivable management. You correspond with contractors from the rental and sub-rental sector as well as with authorities.
